Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand business requirements, clarify constraints, and design, develop, and maintain scalable, maintainable, and reliable solutions that support company goals. Solutions may be implemented in internal systems or internal harness systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Perform ongoing system optimization, maintenance, and operational support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience developing AI agents or agent-based applications.
- Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Passion for learning new technologies and tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to take on a technical leadership role and mentor team members.
